Description
In this course students will develop basic language skills in Spanish. Class activities are interactive and integrate culture content. In class, students develop their language skills while also gaining a deeper and better appreciation of the Puerto Rican and Caribbean culture. Our online course integrates both synchronous and asynchronous activities. Classes meet synchronically twice a week for 1.5 hours. The course also includes activities that students can access and complete at a time most suitable to them.
Objectives: Students will develop basic listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in Spanish.
Possible Participants: This course if for students with little or no experience in Spanish.
Hours: 30 hours
